I think you have to be a purist to deny it would have been entertaining to see if a smaller elite fighter in his prime could knock out big Jake

Canelo's greatness at 168 undeniable but the swerving Benavidez there leaves a huge * to his legacy. If he had fought and beat Benavidez I'd have him up there with Andre Ward and Joe Calzaghe as far as 168 greats go.

When Ward went through the super 6 it had good top fighters. Other than that 168 has been weak. And for ginger to openly duck Benavidez shows he's more b!tch than great

The reason the peekaboo style almost died out is because Teddy Atlas had to leave the gym and then Cus passed away. Not because of a lack of twitchy fighters with the right build.

But there are guys at the Catskills gym right now trying to bring it back. Guys who trained alongside Mike Tyson and under Teddy Atlas, who are in turn mentoring young fighters and also a young trainer or two.

              Really?

Is there any articles or vids I can watch about that

              I'd love to see that.

First off bread, Benavidez chose not to activate his WBC mandatory against Canelo when it was his turn and force him to duck or fight. He decided to move up instead.

I remember Margarito fighting Golden Johnson and never seeing anyone fold from a slow ass body shot like that! As much as I celebrated the win over Cotto, it never made sense to me how Margarito was that good! Slow af, and weird power!
