Wasn't a great performance, but was certainly an inspired one. Good for Fulton. He seems like a humble dude.

Its was a good performance I thought, especially considering the beat down and stoppage loss he suffered last time out to then clearly outbox a guy he got a very very close win against who has been on a roll.

The Inoue fight was almost 2 years ago. Fulton has only fight once since. He didn't sustain much punishment against Monster.

Yes, that's what probably happened. There's no way that I could have ever envisioned Stephen Fulton defeating Brandon Figueroa in their rematch; Especially in light of the fact of that brutal KO loss he suffered to Inoue.

Everybody and myself thought Fulton's career was over. However, he proved most if not all of us boxing fans wrong. What great poise, discipline and resiliency displayed by the new champion Stephen Fulton?

Well judging by Fulton’s performance against Figueroa in their rematch I will have to agree.

Obviously, his KO loss to Inoue wasn’t all that bad. He just won another title in his second weight class against a very good opponent where he was the underdog
