Williams must have infected or affected his brain with shots taken from ass kickings if he thought that was greatness against a sloppy poor decision confused fighter in which Fulton was fighting. He’s just a big sloppy kid for the weight class which is part of the reason behind his success, not talent. If Fulton beat someone with talent that’s all around good, then I’ll reconsider and I bet against him in this fight due to his last performance so we all can have short falls.

Wasn't a great performance, but was certainly an inspired one. Good for Fulton. He seems like a humble dude.

Actually, Figueroa looked aged. He looked nothing like the Brandon Figueroa we all witnessed in their first bout in which I believed he won.

He just refused to try. There was no sense of urgency from him whatsoever with a very low punch volume as well.
He fought as if he was a broken fighter to me who didn’t want to be there.

Broken by who or what? He's never even been in a rough fight.

No, I was referring to Brandon Figueroa. He looked nothing like the fighter he was 4 years ago in their the first matchup.

Back then he was relentless pressure fighter who threw punches in huge volumes. With a high work rate.

I thought he defeated Fulton in their first bout due to his activity. This time he appeared lackluster as if he really didn’t want to be there.

Maybe something happened in camp for the rematch that affected him.

Yes, that's what probably happened. There's no way that I could have ever envisioned Stephen Fulton defeating Brandon Figueroa in their rematch; Especially in light of the fact of that brutal KO loss he suffered to Inoue.

Everybody and myself thought Fulton's career was over. However, he proved most if not all of us boxing fans wrong. What great poise, discipline and resiliency displayed by the new champion Stephen Fulton?
