Nah. I don't think 3 minute rounds will help female boxers. Serrano who's considered a knockout artist has fought a couple 3 minute round fights and she still couldn't get the knockout. Most just lack the stamina to maintain a consistent punch output.

I'm not sure I understand the logic. Serrano has 31 kos, almost all in 2 rounds fights. Just because she did'nt ko specific fighters in 3 minute fights doesn't mean that 3 minute rounds (more time) wouldnt produce more kos. You aren't factoring in the fatigue factor which "probably" would lead to more stoppages.

I agree that women don't have the same upper body strength, but I don;t think there is much difference in stamina. Not enough to be a factor. I think men's ko percentages would decrease if they fought 2 minute rounds.
