perhaps YOU should study the sport more
It's a visual reference, nothing definitive. Go look at the rules and show me where it mentions beltline... FOH, clown.

Out of all active boxers oday,
Inoue has fought and beaten the most top 5 ranked fighters,
and beaten the most active champions

He is also the most active champion today

And also has the most KOs in title defenses

He's the first and only boxer to win the undisputed championship at super bantamweight,

He's 1 of the 3 boxers in history to become the undisputed champion in 2 weight classes in the 4-belt era

And yes occasionally, he has fought a couple unranked guys.

He already announced he'll fight 3 more times this year.

First in Vegas vs most like #5 ranked Picasso.
Then in Saudi vs #2 ranked MJ.
He's already beaten the Champion (Fulton), #1(Tapales), #2 (Nery).

Yeah, we can tell. That's like saying "Chiefs? I don't follow that sport. Who's their best win?" And then you expect to be taken seriously on your uneducated opinions. SMH.
