So your whole rebuttal is Canelo was 23 years old and 3 months instead of 22? Brilliant stuff. Want to know what most boxers do at 23? Fighting people with double-digit losing records, including Crawford. Also, When someone says 'out-weigh' and you disagree, you're supposed to state how much each of them weighed, however it's been conveniently omitted here. A LH like Bivol would enter the ring on fight night north of 190, easily, giving him the advantage on someone coming up from SM. It's just facts.

I didn't see Madrimov attack TC so how you going to see the warrior, you seen the sharp shooter the warrior was waiting to be awakened and Madrimov wasn't going there like say Maidana Floyd.Last edited by Roadblock; 01-26-2025, 12:48 AM.Comment

You conveniently omitted the rest of my comment for your convenience because I made a lot more points other than Canelo not being 22. You were the one who said Canelo was severely outweighed so it’s on you to prove that he was. Which you conveniently omitted. Canelo got his ass kicked because he wasn’t good enough, he plain and simple.Comment

I hope he’ll prove me wrong, but I don’t think Crawford can sharpshoot like, Lara, Floyd, Bivol, etc. You have to constantly occupying Canelo’s vision with sharp straight snapping punches, and as good as Bud is, he isn’t known to throw a lot of straight sharp punches with the exception of his jab and left hand downstairs. Canelo will disrupt him with feints and body shots like he did Lara. I hope people aren’t going to use the Floyd and Bivol fights as a blueprint for the southpaw Crawford, that would be a mistake. He better not try to out-hook Canelo, he’ll be totally ****ed if he does.Last edited by Carpe Diem; 01-26-2025, 07:59 AM.Comment

I never said they weighed the same. I said he wasn’t “severely outweighed “ and you inaccurately stated. You made up a fake narrative that you can’t prove and want to use it as an excuse. Want to know why you can’t prove it? Because once Canelo got called out for rehydrating 19 pounds during his 155 catchweight era, he stopped allowing himself to get weighed in on fight night because he was the ultimate weight bully. So again, Bivol is not a big lhw. He’s offered Canelo a fight at 168 which Canelo declined. At 23 years old Canelo jumped from 155 to 174 overnight. Now seeing his body difference from 23 to 33 and knowing he walked into the ring at 174 ten years earlier, use some common sense to figure out about how much you think he weighed in the ring when he weighed in at 175 the night before? You Canelo fan boys make any excuse to defend him other than admitting he wasn’t good enough. Bivol beat him on pure skill and endurance.Last edited by rrayvez; 01-26-2025, 09:44 AM.Comment

I don't see anything great about fighting once a year. You're a bad example of new generations of boxers.
Nothing great about going only after win win fights. You lose, you get millions of dollas. You win, it's even better.Comment
