Canelo has avoided his biggest threats esp Benavidez
Crawford didn't get a chance to clear out 147 and was often criticised for his opponents at 147 until he fought Spence
Bam has fought the previous generation and smaller sunny Edwards and is just starting
See, that’s the problem. Canelo’s resume is much better and deeper than Inoue’s but you choose to focus on him “avoiding his biggest threats” now late into his career. While gushing about Inoue clearing out two divisions against a weaker field.

Much like the article earlier today praising the completely one-sided Inoue mismatch for being “compelling.” It’s a bias and double standard that many of us find irksome.

Canelo does have one of, if not the best resume of all active fighters - Cotto, Mayweather, Lara, Golovkin and Kovalev - can't touch it. Except - his resume looks a loy better than it should because he has the judges on his side. Out of those 6 fights (and I'm not counting GGG3) he has 4-1-1 but it should read 2-2-2 . You can't say that about any of Inoue's fights.

There's 3 reasons why Canelo has such a good resume. 1/ he is good, 2/ he has challenged himself 3/ He's a money pit so the fights are easy to get made - or at least the ones he wants to get made

2-2-2? That’s is just your opinion.

In my opinion he beat Lara very close but clear, in a fight where Lara boxed very negatively. I’ll give you the first Golovkin fight but he won the second one deservedly if also close.

And is the reason why Inoue hasn’t had close fights because he is better than Canelo, or because he did it against a much weaker field? It seems that too many people can’t differentiate that.

From memoryI think there's a good argument for Lara being a draw but i could go watch it again.

I'm not saying Inoue is better than Canelo overall. Last 5/6 fights no question he has a better resume as Canelo is coasting. I'm pushing back on the idea that Inoue is some reprisal of Golovkin {and I was a Golovkin fan as he brought excitement) - the quality of Inoue's opposition is just higher than Golovkin's. Both are HOF but Inoue will go down as an ATG even if he retired today - probably top 10 fighter in lower weights - 122 and below. Any thing can happen though - if Inoue loses to MA and/or Nakatani he'll lose a chunk of legacy.

Where are you? West Coast? I'm in Birmingham UK but for longest time I was in Ecuador S.A

                Southwest.

I would have to think about if Golovkin’s resume is better or worse than Inoue’s. It’s not that clear cut just off the top of my head, without doing a little bit of research.

Tell me how impressed you are with Fulton's, Neary's and Tappy's career trajectory
You are the one claims they are legit
                  Explain it

This comment was aimed at crisantonio, but he wanted no part of it

So I will ask those here -

Regarding feeding Kim to a "Monster" -
                    A) If a guy is going to lose, make it worth his trouble. He will not get a bigger paycheck
                    B) How much time do you think he would have needed to make the fight even ?

Now, let me put you in the shoes of a boxer.
You just came off of your fight
All healed up and ready to go

During training camp, are you training to fight.....
                    A) Crippled midgets
                    B) Blind geezers
                    C) The best of the div

It's not as if a pilot asked a passenger to take the wheel.
A boxer was asked to fight someone

I expect this comment to be ignored even more !!!!!!!!!!!
