There's only been one boring Lara 160 fight and that was against Lame Danny Garcia that only showed up to run and eventually take a knee.

Crawford would come win and win impressively given the next fight that awaits him.

That fight would be a stroke of genius. They are both still fighting strong at a late point in their careers (Lara a bit later than Bud). Both have been at the top of boxing technicians, and both have immense pride and would not willingly accept a defeat at this point. I think Crawford is more natural at 160 than 168 (as is Lara now), but both could take it at 168 if need be.

Also, PBC could make this fight, or Turki and the Saudis. The winner is set up for Canelo next in a decent pound-for-pound contest. Perfect.

Yes and it's also a winnable fight for Crawford and would bring another belt to the table for the Canelo match. Jumping up two weights is crazy IMO but if he can beat Lara impressively at 160 then he might be able to beat over the hill Canelo at 168.

Meanwhile, Terence Bud is staying out of any form risk just waiting for his big cheque. What a joke. Way too much pampering for this guy since beating the Earl.

No pampering, he's earned his way here and is older and winding down. He only wants big fights with meaning and big money. We all would like him to be more active, but he may only fight when he wants from here on out. He's out of his prime weight divisions (still tough and dangerous) and does what he wants. He is no up and comer that has to prove anything to anyone, even if that is frustrating for you. He'll fight anyone near his size if you can find enough money, lol. He's earned it. Bud never ducked an opponent, took on all comers, and outclassed them all (except Madrimov in a bigger division). Everyone can't go up in weight indefinitely, and beat the best.

Lara could pull off the upset though I wouldn't consider it one since he is very skilled, been in against the best, and never been decisively beaten or humiliated in there.
