But the fact that remains that a Nacho-trained fighter is good enough to be a current day world champion. Which invalidates your point that boxing has passed Nacho by.
Who was his last true champion ???
Not gonna argue with you but imo Nacho is passed due
Has boxing evolved according to you ???

Nope, I don’t think the nuts and bolts of boxing have evolved.

In fact, I bet Nacho has forgotten more about the sport than some modern trainers will ever know.

That doesn't mean that boxing has changed. You can hire a nutritionist and conditioning coach to address those aspects, but the sweet science itself is still the same, just fighters these days spend more time on social media than on improving their skills. As long as the head coach is capable of working with others, I'd rather be with a guy with lots of knowledge like that. But the old school coaches want you to really be dedicated, and most kids trying to get into boxing simply don't have what it takes to work that hard.

Undisputed is the most overrated ****e in boxing these days, meaningless title if you are waiting around to fight some IBF scone while you won’t step up n take a real challenge, Boots, Canelo.

By change I mean everything around it has changed
I get what you mean but at. 88 years old , Nacho has got to be outdated( not talking about his knowledge or his ring iq

Bingo. JMM had Nacho as his chief and was working with Memo as his strength and conditioning guy. There’s a reason for that.
