I'm not seeing Haney pushing for the rematch. It's not even a priority. So why not make sure first before making these articles? Right now, Haney is not interested. Case close for now.

It´s sad and funny at the same time how writers defend and overhype Afro boxers. Ryan Garcia beat the kkrapp out of ugly Haney. That substance is nothing and being overweight can make you slow and many Afro fighters do the same ( Floyd Mayweather vs Marquez, much bigger) and they don´t say anything. The commetators scoring the fight have an agenda. Mannix hates Mexicans. There should be a rematch though and when ugy Haney losses again, the media and the Afro people will come up with excuses again. Haney just hugs and runs as usual.

The writer must be a *** supporter.

Oscar is simply repeating what Ryan Garcia told him. He does not want to give Devin Haney another big payday. It is the same punishment that Canelo dishes out to people he does not like. He simply denies them the big money they cannot get anywhere else.

All Haney does is hold. When Ryan beat him at his own game he started crying to the ref. His eyes opened wide when Ryan out muscled him. He had no strategy since he could hold and hit.

A few more racial outbursts on social media combined with a loss against Teo or anybody else and his popularity will take a hit big time. We know he's not disciplined enough to give his all to boxing and he surely doesn't respect the sport as much as it takes to be elite. The guy's talent will only take him so far, in my opinion..
You have put up some very good points. In my experience, discipline usually goes away with age. Ryan is talented but lazy and undisciplined. He seems to have a mental disorder, which is very difficult to deal with and probably cannot be fixed. It would seem to me this is only going to get worse with age, not better.

They are incessantly asked by Youtube clickbaiters about it. What are they supposed to say, no we're not interested?

Oscar should make KingRy vs. Barrios @ 147! Ryan is not making 140, and Barrios would be a good test for 147. Plus it should be easy to sell that fight!
