There's no news here because there's no signed contracts, and both have contracts with their respective promoters AND beef with their promoters that need to be resolved. Ryan can't make 140, Teo would need to vacate, and both have mental issues and could pull out at any moment up until the day of the fight for a wide variety of reasons. If you think random stuff coming out of Garcia's mouth is credible...
