Bud is better than Canelo in a p4p sense? How? Canelo has way better accomplishments and a way better resume. Canelo also shows more skills against much better fighters.

Also, why are we still talking about Julian Williams as if he was some ATG? I have read this forum for years before I started posting and noticed over the years that Julian was getting waaay too much air time for what he was, which was an average fighter and a temporary belt holder. For someone who only has one significant win on his resume (Jarett Hurd - and that win has not aged well), why is Breadman still beating that drum? (I know the answer, it was a rhetorical question).
I think Breadman pumps up Julian Williams because as Julian's trainer, Breadman thinks it reflects badly on him if folks think he was an ordinary boxer. Breadman tries to couch everything he says as being based on facts but misses the mark big time.

Thats not true. They both have Canelo in them.

How the heck did Kovalev fall in such a dramatic way? I had even picked him to KO the other Superman, Adonis Stevenson if that fight was ever made.

I hadn’t really paid attention to Bivol before the Canelo fight so I thought Canelo was cherry picking him. How wrong I was. Why do you think Canelo picked him?
Canelo picked Bivol because if you look at his ledger it’s not a who’s who of the ligh heavyweight division
He's gone the distance with fighters you really wouldn’t expect him to
And I believe the Craig Richard’s fight is what catapulted his decision to fight him
Richard’s made him look very normal and the lack of his knockout power , it was safe land to tread
A d just to add , Adonis Stevenson would of ko’d Kovi before the 10th round
Believe me , Superman was a bad man in every sense of the word

The indisputable difference is that Canelo hand selected each and every opponent and Crawford fought the willing for the money that Arum offered because the PBC never offered Crawford a fight or a penny, nothing.

Canelo hand picks opponents, and decides how much they'll get paid, on the date and location he picks, at the time that's most convenient, at the weight he chooses with whatever hydration clause and advantage he feels will give him an edge. At the same time every sanctioning body, network and judge have their thumb on the scale in favor of Canelo.

The real question....how the fu<k can anyone lose with that kind of advantage?

you can't get credit for beating someone you didn't beat. that is a message that Ward fans need to let sink in...

It is the same reason I’d pick Roy to KO Beterbiev in 8 in a mythical matchup.

Bivol would fare much better because he’s a much better boxer than his European counterparts.

some might argue that beterviev is a bettr boxer than bivol just a different style

And if you know of a duck in boxing, then you know what we all know, there’s a certain Mexican that won’t fight certain fighters and Crawford is one of them that he won’t fight.

Usyk has the power to hurt heavyweights or atleast make them fearful of it. He was fighting at 200lbs, he was probably near 215lbs in ring, so he put on like 10 pounds moving up.

Crawford just fought at 154 and his power did not bother madrimov at all. Now he is going up to 168 when he last hurt someone 21 pounds lower at 147.

Usyk was knocking guys out at 215lbs and just went up 10 pounds heavier. He only has the 1 stoppage at heavy so his power is reduced but enough to deter guys from running in on him.

Crawford will not have the power or strength to deter Canelo from doing whatever the *** he wants.

Jones would have started going to the body very early and brought down DM's defense and then because the footwork difference was night and day, instead of just flurrying DM, he would have circled, pot shot and started busting up DM. DM would finally start showing resignation and finally Jones would light him up with flurries that he was holding out for the right moment - when DM has been broken down, power shot and flurries that the much slower DM would not have been able to deal with. Stoppage win for Jones around the mid point.

At 168 I leave canelo, at 160 I lean Crawford.
