My advice to Teo is to stay humble. Take whatever they are offering you and get your ass back into the ring because boxing doesn’t miss you.

The reason why I say that is because outside of boxing fans; Hardly anyone even knows who the fuck this guy is.

Top rank are not in the business of losing money or by pouring good money after bad.

They will lose millions of dollars on the fight if they were to ever acquiesce to Teo’s counter offer because his fights doesn’t sell.

Teo just can't get out of his own way. Losing years of his prime in the mean time. This is true for anyone in any profession: if you don't work you don't get paid. He may feel he's being underpaid but some money is more than no money. Plus by not fighting it may keep him longer in the contract he obviously wants to get out of while he gets older and possibly his skills erode to age and inactivity. Father time is undefeated.

I think it depends on whether Matias takes a bunch of hits early in order to dish them out. If he starts a little faster, maybe he can pull Kambo 2.0

Idk man, Teo hasn't really amounted to much in my opinion. For the past few years he's just been running his mouth in the background, like a schizo yelling at the air, instead of working.
