Artificial fight, much like Roy Jones vs. John Ruiz. I'm not a fan of these artificial fights. Good for Bud if he can get this bag, but I won't be watching.

I understand the hype. Crawford dismantled the reigning king of the division, Spence, swiftly and in a schooling fashion. Except we'll never know if Thurman, Stanionis, Ennis, who were mandatories or the other prime candidates at that time would have dismantled the Earl also, perhaps in a milder manner. The key is was Spence in his winning element like fans used to see him in? Bottom line is Canelo is not Spence.

The weight gap and Nelo’s upper body movement. Idk if Bud can touch him. But Bud has those insane hands. The way he whips his shots would be interesting. GGG couldn’t put him down and he is the best MW since Bhop and Bud is the best welter since Floyd. Canelo is like water. But Sugar Ray went up and beat Hagler. I think Nelo goes in like the second GGG fight.

Spence should have targeted bud when he first moved up but we all know that they froze him out and initiated a smear campaign; called everyone bums on his resume’. Burns put up a better fight. I’d rather bud fight the top 54lbers but the big money fight takes precedence.

True. They all look good beating low level opponents or fighters not in their prime element, so that's where the hype is coming from.
Then they suddenly look average and confused when they face a real fighter or the ball game is entirely different.
Worse, the fight fans have been waiting to see turned out to be full of running, clinching, disengaging, in short, boring to watch.

You cannot compare lighter-weight fighters to superheavyweights; it's like comparing cats to walruses.

Real size difference between Canelo and TC is not as much as fans think, Canelo came up from 147 he is not a natural 168 and TC is a long reach hi IQ fighter who can crack, and Canelo is nothing like Madrimov, Canelo is more methodical and not as mobile he is more a power game today, TC has a decent chance in this and he wont be in survival mode he will be trying to win unlike Charlo.

Fans are super negative about everything, they are always crying about something and this is just another thing to moan about, if it happens I will be watching and hope TC can pull it off, as it would seal his career

Three ring circus kind of fight. It gets the casual boxing fans excited, and will get mainstream media talking. Make it a catch weight fight, MAYBE I would be interested. Make Alvarez come back down under 160 again and Bud move up a little more, MAYBE that is a fairer fight. But otherwise i will just You Tube the highlights and skip the likely 80.00 PPV.

Seems everyone is waiting for Prince Turki, who already said he's no longer interested. Won't happen without his money. They can't be satisfied with PBC's level of funding. Why is that?

So a fair fight is to have somebody drained, thats casual talk right there, if a guy wants to challenge a bigger fighter and is the one calling for it well go up to his weight or shut up, this draining CW stuff is fan bs it always hurts the one coming down and its just a case of by how much.
