Canelo looked pedestrian against two of the most protected and biggest hypejobs in the sport. Benavidez beats Canelo years ago which is why Canelo ran from him and then went on childish rants about it. At this stage David beats Canelo up badly and ends his career. Canelo is smart to stay away from him.

You take that back!! The gigantic & fearless SMW wrecking machine that was SMW Benny would have been out of his depth!!!

Those childish rants were about nothing but respect & you know it!!!!

Nelo only fight ppl that's he can put muscle. Benavidez n morrell way to big n strong for canelo mixed with canelo can't move cause his knees while morrell is nimble canelo knows what he's doing. Canelo said qt billion to watch him get beat up other than that 100m to fight randoms. Crawford cause his size will be the next fight.

I wouldn't say Ginger looked pedestrian like against Berlanga and Munguia, but I do agree that Benavidez will beat Ginger at this point in Ginger's career. Maybe earlier in Ginger's career too, but not sure about that. Right now though, yes!

Moot point. Benavidez is never making 168 again. Canelo is never fighting at 175 again after Bivol washed him.

At least Andrade stepped up to fight the one guy that terrifies Canelo.... and that's the difference.

Benavidez gets too much damn credit for doing just 1/4 of what the ginger has done throughout his career, imagine praising a guy that lost his belts 2x for drugs and undiscipline, a dude that had evident physical advantages competing at 168 ,not a single unification fight during his short lived reign.

Well, a Lot of backtracking expected if he takes an L with a guy with less than 15 pro fights lol. And this coming from a guy thats picking him to beat DM.

Imagine spending two days defending a drug cheat (you)who not only ducked the best fighter in his division for years (golovkin) only to then throw his belt away and eventually come in with a failed ped test. Imagine a fighter who created his own weight division so he could claim he’s not a 160lb fighter while being the heavier fighter against everyone he fought at “Canelo weight.” Imagine being such a hypocrite that the biggest fight to be made for the guy you are defending is something you don’t want to see happen. You can say all the nonsense you want about him losing his belt on the scales or testing for coke. You have given your man super big passes, huge ones which makes you a big ole hypocrite in this situation. Just man up and say you don’t want to see Canelo go out like that and we’d respect it. Well this song and dance and excuse making is just that, excuses. For the record bivol offered to come whoop his behind at 168 and your man sat down to negotiate just so he could give the impression he “tried” to book a rematch when we all can see he had no intentions to.
