Sonny was so on the mark giving his excellent reasons for wanting to retire , this makes no sense..

He's already cracking the door open on coming back . I guess that he needed more money to fund a comfortable retirement. Best of luck to you Sunny. Get that bag.
It seems to me like Sunny Edwards would benefit from weight training , or maybe pylometrics. He seems physically frail and not strong enough to fight at the very top level. I could be wrong , just stating my opinion.

That was fast. He didn't even give people enough time to not care that he's gone

          He’ll fight again.

Basically the first time he was the nail and not the hammer he’s decided to “retire”

Highly doubt it stays that way

No need to rush mate. Your American counterparts are still on their long vacation. No injuries, no issues, no nothing. Thurman, Spence, Crawford, Jermell, Jermall, Adames, De Los Santos, etc.

If he had a physical issue that affected his legs and his handspeed that can be resolved, then maybe. But I think he aged fast. He was amazing 2 years ago. But he reminds me of Davey Moore, 14 fights and was burning out.

How are those his American counterparts? They’re not even in the same weight class.
