It’s actually used primarily to heal up existing injuries and weight cutting. Strength effects are minimal. Especially given the minimal amount that was in his system as well, it’s already been stated by multiple doctors that the amount would equate to tainted supplements. Also seeing how Victor Conte who was providing him supplements, who owns SNAC, is infamously know for his Balco scandal as well. Garcia was primarily banned for racist remarks he made, or else he would’ve gone down the same path as Canelo. That and bum a Haney is crying up a storm because he was exposed more than lomo exposed him.

It’s depressing how comfortable fans in boxing with PED use- if your stepping in the ring knowing your opponent is clean is of paramount importance.

For someone with such few posts, you already exhibit more common sense than many posters who have been on here for years. If a drug is banned, only a dummy would argue about how much of it was in Ryan's system, or argue it doesn't help with footwork, reflexes, etc. If it's banned, its banned for a reason- because it was determined to give an athlete an unfair advantage over a clean athlete. Period. And Ryan knowingly took it, and lied numerous times. First, he said he doesn't even take vitamins, then he blamed it on ashwaganda, until that company had the lot # tested to prove none of their ashwaganda was contaminated. Then Ryan blamed his team. And on and on. That shows his intent to conceal and deflect blame by any means necessary. All of this will be a factor in court, where he'll pay millions more in damages. My only issue is that his suspension should be 4 years to send a message to other boxers to avoid PED's or else. 1 year was literally nothing

Of all this non-sensical legal jargon and back and forth accusations the only thing that will remain - regardless of the outcome - is the fact that Garcia beat Haney senseless, exposing him as the over-rated, path-of-least-resistance belt holder that he was.

If he didn't test positive for Peds there would be no court case no complaining, no nothing, as a positive Peds test is evolved that opens the door for the argument that what you said happened to Haney was because of Peds, nobody can say for sure it wasnt so now there is a legal argument.
