        Yes.

MJ didn’t have to do much work tonight. He could easily step in for Sam Goodman on December 24.

Why wasn't there a 10 count? Looks like they payed the ref.

I personally won't have minded that at all but unfortunately the whole Goodman card including undercards got moved to Jan. 24th. In all honesty, at this point I'm starting to think that MJ will either be on summer of 2025 on a Saudi funded card, but if not then worst case possibly not happen before Inoue moves to featherweights which will be very ugly to say it nicely. I'd personally rather get MJ obviously but because Picasso seems to be considerably more popular as an opponent with his Mexican fanbase and Top Rank is surprisingly also willing to give him a loss while still only 24 years old, I don't see how Arum will allow MJ to be on the Vegas card next April.

Being fair I doubt Espinoza had any chance of not getting KOed regardless of paid ref or not so might as well be nice to his health.

Cutting back to 122lbs 10 days later isn’t easy or healthy.
