Is he getting chewed out more than others who’ve been caught ; definitely
That comes down to his arrogance and chitty attitude towards everything human

Most roid ragers have a problem with this.

Once a person agrees to fight someone who lost on the scales, that issue is squashed !

Haney is at fault for following through. Doesn't take away from the fact cRyan cheated. Proof is he was suspended because of cheating. I'm not sure what the need to argue is for.

If a person goes over 25 MPH, that driver is guilty of speeding !

              Imagine that
              35 mph is speeding !

It's a bannable "offense" with nothing to back it up with.,
              Give it a try !

What people don't seem to consider is not what Ryan did but rather is Haney coming to court with clean hands? You can give him a pass for his rehydration because it's technically legal. But when Haney allowed the fight to continue he only did so because he thought Ryan would be a cinch to beat.

He allowed the fight to continue, and there was no obvious discrepancy because despite Ryan's weight the weight difference was negligible. Therefore any reasonable person could assume such a risk out of greed or otherwise was not unreasonable. Ryan was not 200 lb in full of muscles raging... And Devin was not caught in a bad decision that was obviously not reasonable.

The fact that he did not know about the Osterine becomes a minor detail and nothing more. He assumed the risk and he did not have to do so. The physical aspects of the risk do not demonstrate that Haneys choice was unreasonable... Haney was aware enough of the risk when he decided to let the fight continue.
