What you forget to realize is that Teo fights to his competition. He’ll be up for this fight no doubt, they’ve sparred so they’re not unfamiliar with each other. On top of that, Boots made it clear he wants to move up cuz he’s draining himself but got punked by Ortiz lol. So, remember a weight drained Boots vs Teo could end up being a helluva fight! Let the best man win
Teo at his best is not enough for boots. Boots isn't anything like washed up josh taylor. He is bigger, stronger, has way more skills/iq, faster and more durable. Let the bigger guys handle boots. Teo can stay at 140.
