with the exception of Baldomir (looks better on paper) he got my respect after Judah and Hatton tho...

Mayweather is a beast..I don't understand why he's so hated..although he does come off as a person who's been duckin any real challenges lately..I still respect his craft and skill!..

Dodged neither, very old stuff we're talking about here. I've gotten so tired of debating this topic.

When Floyd is retired for many years that's when he'll get credit. The same people who hate him now will hate the next outspoken, athletically dominant African-American #1 PFP fighter instead. So to discredit the new #1, they'll give Floyd credit just so they can say "You're not as good as Floyd was."

It's the same thing Floyd haters do today, except they use Sugar Ray Robinson and Sugar Ray Leonard- fighters they would have hated if they lived back then but they pretend to like them now so they can use their names to try to discredit Floyd.

Serious question for you. If floyd is so good that he can win a title at 154. What is he doin fighting lightweights at 147???? I can understand the argument that he's too small for the 154lb division so he fights at welter....but he's been a welter since 2005 and only fought 2 legitimate welterweights in that entire timespan.

well all im gonna say is we've been waiting since 2006. If Floyd's next fight is not Mosley or the winner of Cotto-Pac the only way he gets a pass from me is if his opponent is a 154lb beltholder like spinks or martinez. Otherwise theres no defending him.

Lets say from example, Berto vs. Shane is signed and Mayweather is left to wait for the Cotto vs. Pacquiao winner. Would you have a problem if he took a stay busy fight in the process? Ofcourse a Non-PPV event.
