The 'Shane is old', 'Cotto damaged goods' and 'Pac too small' excuses will be reserved for people he's never going to convince anyway. Besides, there will be no-one left for him to fight. Williams is fighting for the middleweight championship of the world and has no fan base currently.

That's all anyone's been askin him to do for years and he has yet to do it. Timing also plays a part of it though.....if Floyd fights Mosley late 2010 and Mosley's been inactive since the start of 09......that's not going to make it such a career defining win for Floyd in my opinion.

He needs to fight to the death a boxer that is as big as he is and in his prime. That could be Cotto, or Margarito, or even Mosely (although he's past his prime). It doesn't even matter who wins as long as Floyd makes a true fight of it.
