Floyd wasn't fighting guys who posed a 30% risk or better

Yeh, a former light flyweight in his 70th fight in 8th weight class, isn't going to be much risk.
That it is Floyd's best win is damming evidence of how cautious floyd was. That a 10% risk fight ended up arguably beating floyd, is testament to pacs greatness. On paper pac shouldn't have been a risk to thurman too, but we know what went down there, and that's all she wrote *Mic drop*

Pac has fought more WW+ guys than May
              YET
His only notable W is vs Keef "Sometime" Hurtman
A flash KD won it for him. He caught Keef off balance.

So many straight up cherries was picked to pad Pac's stats -

                Please don't say Margarito*
Keith Thurman was undefeated, 10 years younger, and on P4P lists when Manny beat him at 40 years old, bro.

                Terrible take.

Keith Thurman has never been on the P4P list ever. Let alone when he fought Pacquaio.

                  So that's a lie.

2 fights in 2 years due to injuries
                    Then Pac called

Because Thurman was way off the boil over lay offs and major surgery, read the form going in and you have the reason why Manny was betting favorite, in reality about 65% of Thurmans best, thats why Ugas beat Manny easily because Ugas was in top form and Manny was overhyped with Thurman, its all in the form going into fights, what goes on leading into a fight matters greatly when evaluating the merit of a win or lose.
