Comments Thread For: Robeisy Ramirez-bound Rafael Espinoza learning from Mexico's greatest

Most observers didn't expect Rafael Espinoza to leave the Charles F. Dodge Civic Center with the WBO featherweight title in December 2023, but he did, and after earning a decision over Robeisy Ramirez, the new champion from Guadalajara, Mexico, has done everything in his power to not just prove that he belongs, but to prepare for a long reign.

It will be easier than the first. I think Espinosa will stop him late.

I am going to go against the trend and say that Robeisy comes better prepared this time around, in better condition so he can fight 12 rounds and wins it convincingly.

Looking forward to this , expecting Robeisy to make some adjustments but his chin is the real concern, you know Espinoza will land hard shots and def will be the aggressor, will Robeisy keep his balance this time around? Stay tuned.

Its been quite a while since I was this excited about a rematch that I truly have no idea of what would happen.
Some people say this time Espinoza will win via convincing KO, and I won't be surprised if that happens.
Others say this time Robeisy will have a better plan and go more often to the body and get the KO, and I also won't be surprised if that happens.
I also won't be surprised if Espinoza shows his energy and heart again for an aggressive win via decision.
I also won't be surprised if Robeisy goes more aggressively instead of awaiting for the perfect moment for the one punch KO and win via a solid decision.

Not even 50:50, it feels like a true 25:25:25:25 match where all for outcomes are equally possible. I feel like there will atleast one, maybe even two KD by whoever in the match where one hits the mat, but whether that leads to a KO unknown.

“Unfortunately, the talented guitarist and singer will not be walking into the Ramirez rematch to his own music”
What is that about? Are we supposed to already know Espinoza likes to play guitar? Or is it an attempt at clever writing by the author? SMH

The prospect of a 100% prepared Ramirez is a frightening one for any fighter around these weight classes. However Espinoza sounds like he’s not letting his foot off the gas either. This fight is going to be a barn burner.

And do you think it was easy the first time? Because he got knocked out in fith round, 10 seconds more we wouldn't be talking about a rematch.
