It's a Micky mouse title and has been for years. You know it is when guys like Charr and Trevor bryan are winning it who lets be honest would get knocked out by top prospects.. Moses Itauma is 19 years old and had 10 pro fights and he would run Bryan over in two rounds

The WBA has clearly always been a red herring run by the WBC, to distract us from the behaviour of the WBC.

The WBA was formed, under a different name, before the WBC existed.

The WBA is older. It was corrupted by Mendoza. Not sure it was perfect before him but Mendoza was always a crook!

The WBA used to be called the National Boxing Association and they were sanctioning world championship fights for over 40 years before the WBC were formed in 1963. After the WBC came on the scene the NBA changed their name to the World Boxing Association, but they were the same organization.
