Yes, it's lack of interest. Amazon isn't putting up any upfront cash like Showtime used to; these PBC events have to sink or swim on their own merits now and it's clear Davis is not the star he believes himself to be.

Now to think of it, the reason for Loma-Tank falling through was that Loma didn't feel like fighting in November/December, wasn't it? I wonder if by March next year he'd be up for it?
