Ioka/Martinez II winner then move up Bantamweight if there is no other business to handle at 115 if Cafu nor Tanaka are available.
If Martinez decides not to unify with Bam I can see it, but given his age even if Ioka wins his rematch I don't see him sticking around much longer and very unlikely go up to 118.
