Wow did Alashik low-ball DLH or what? After being around for like 100 years, print or not, the property should have been worth way more than 10 mil. That being said, I can’t imagine GB being capable of doing anything worthwhile with it. Not that I was paying any attention BTW.

Well, now we know, sadly, that The Ring cannot be relied upon for truly independent rankings.

And too bad for ODLH for such a poor ROI after almost 18 years of ownership.
      Yeesh.
He would easily have more than doubled his 7 mil in an index fund.

I suspect that Turki got such a sweet deal for The Ring in exchange for some promotional understandings with Golden Boy that will remain private. Turki will give Golden Boy's stable of fighters preferential treatment and in return the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have wormed its way into another media outlet for lots more sportswashing for the numbnut West to consume.

They should do like Michelin did with restaurants.

Make a stable of anonymous critics who travel from fight to fight and rate fighters with stars.

Compensate travel and dining expenses and I'm game.

There you go - that's part of Golden Boy's compensation for the fire sale to Saudi.

That's cool, maybe Turki can turn Ring into what it's sold as. I read plenty of "return" and such nonsense. Ring was founded on promoter money pretty sure it's never been independent.

Have to admit this is pretty cool for years the Ring belts almost nullified the alphabet belts so will be keen to see how this plays out
