Don't underestimate Karen. He has studied hard for this rematch as well, so maybe he'll have some surprises in store for Boots. Boots, be careful and be alert at all times
I wholeheartedly agree with you in principle. However, the problem is that most boxing judges don’t tend to favor that type of boxing anymore. It’s perceived as disengagement to them because they don’t like fighters who move.

It doesn’t matter how many clean punches the moving fighter lands either. The judges are going to almost always favor the fighter who is fighting off the front foot. No matter how ineffective his aggression is.

It’s also, the reason why Dmitry Bivol; Despite beating Artur to the punch and out landing him at will with his flashier and cleaner punches.

Still lost the fight with Beterbiev because he refused to engage in a firefight with him. He moved a lot by fighting off the back foot in order to avoid one.

However and at the same time he was still out punching Artur and landing clean punches also.

The reason why I don’t know.. For some reason he chose to chase Spence for the IBF instead

However, it’s a known fact that Crawford does not want to fight this kid now. He and his coach even admitted it.

They are using the same logic why every other fighter is using; Big risk but low reward.

Personally, I would love to see him fight Virgil Ortiz.
Bud has nothing to gain fighting Boots now. The time for that fight was before Crawford destroyed Spence. If Bud polished Boots, what credit would he get and how would it enhance his legacy? Boots had opportunities to fight Bud, but chose another route. Now he's stuck in a dry division. That's on him.

I think it may be time for him to move up to 154. There’s no action and very little money to be made at 147. Both Pac and Mayweather are retired.

In addition to none of the current titleholders like: Brian Norman, Jr, Mario Barrios or Eimantis Stanionis wanting that smoke from Jaron Ennis either.

He should fight Vergil Ortiz next. Now he’s a guy who would be more than willing to fight him.

Nah. Vergil has swerved that fight already in the past and swerved it again recently for Riyadh Season when it was proposed. Norman Jr and Stanionis would both test Boots based on what I saw last night. Boots looks like a very good prospect with rough edges, nothing more. It was shocking how easy Karen was able to land.

Yeah Karen put up a very good fight. It was much better than their first bout. He displayed a very sturdy chin and even buzzed Boots on multiple occasions this time around.

Now as far as Ennis wanting the biggest fights at welterweight. Then why did he sign with Matchroom? They have no titles at 147 or 154.

The smartest business move he could have made was to sign with the PBC. Since they hold most of the titles at those weight divisions.

              My points exactly verbatim.
