I think Bud is the truth, but I think there's no denying that he doesn't challenge himself like Inoue or Usyk. Hard to call him #1 if he wouldn't defend his undisputed belt against the top contenders, or fight the other champs at 154. The inactivity is just disappointing when it comes time to judge his career.
Bud is an excellent fighter but he's been supplanted by Usyk (1a) and Inoue (1b) as the best fighter in the world, I'm still undecided on his best win because personally I always thought Spence was over-hyped, Brook was beating him until his eye went on another night he likely would of.

I agree that he should try for the undisputed at 154. That way he would ensure his legacy by being a three division undisputed champion. Now it makes sense why he refused to fight Fundora. None of us really understood what was happening. So it is Canelo or bust. It might be bust, as I remember reading a post a few weeks ago where someone met Canelo though a mutual friend on a golf course and Canelo told them he hated Bud and would never give him the payday.
So..TC has made a fortune with a subpar resume..not his fault, just the truth..he is a terrible human being..and really not entertaining to see..canelo is the same way..it's a match made in heaven make it happen

Subpar resume is true but how in the world do you call him “a terrible n human being”? Where do you get that malarkey from?
Its amazing that y'all are still talking that "resume" nonsense. That was always just an excuse to justify Spence avoiding the fight,. But yet after he destroyed Spence y'all are still repeating Spence's and PBC's excuses. The fight happened already. Spence lost. Let it go. The resume excuse no longer serves a purpose. It was never true in the first place. And I have no idea who y'all are comparing his activity to because hardly anyone is fighting more than once a year these days. And Canelo doesn't have anyone to fight who brings a lot to the table to compare to his own stardom and popularity. I highly doubt he will be fighting Gervonta Davis or Anthony Joshua anytime soon.

His legacy is already more than insured. Maybe you forgot that he is the first to become undisputed in two different weight divisions.
