He rightly says Fury would have won the fight without that big round 9 for Usyk , but it's easier said than done avoiding Usyk , especially late on when he seems to pounce .but unlike when he beat Joshua and turned it on Fury won some of the later rounds Can't wait for the rematch 50/50 for sure.

I wish boxing fans weren't so tribal, then they wouldn't count Fury out so much, hope for a win for him so that we can enjoy a third trilogy fight between these two titans.

Those were powder puff moments when compared to every minute of Wilder I and III.

I agree Fury wanted to avoid being dropped but I'm sure he would have been if the referee hadn't efffectively given him a standing 8 count, which only exists in amateur boxing. A competent referee either would have let Fury continue if he was fit to do so - in which case Usyk would have continued hammering him - or stopped the fight if it was dangerous for him to continue
            Agree with this.

Yes... I believe that Fury, because he was attempting to avoid the eight count would have either continued, or take a knee. So imo the eight count was academic.

So long as Fury persists on fighting off the back foot. It’s just not only going to leave him both vulnerable and fatigued but also a very stationary target as well that will be too easy hit.

At this point of his career; Fury is done. Too much and wear and tear on his body. I predict a 7th round TKO victory for Usyk. Tyson Fury legs are gone.

In other words, we will hug and clinch and lean and wear him down so usyk becomes a stationary target and then we can crow about how good Fury is. I’ve been saying this since before the klitschko fight, Fury is shhhh and has gotten by on his sheer size. He can move, great but that’s not what wins him fights and hasn’t won him fights. The leaning on fighters and cuffin his hands constantly over their face on the lean or headlocks is what has.

Fury knows how to fight the perfect fight against a specific opponent. He did it against Wlad. Was that pretty? Heck no! Would he ever be called a tough guy with that penance? Heck no! That said, he fought every second with mindful precision and won. Can he do it again? Yes. Will he? NOBODY can predict what that wack job can do.
