They basically are saying it without saying it.
Zepeda is going the WBC route.
Davis has the Top Rank connections.
Let's get on with it already.

My guess on what will happen...Keyshawn Davis going WBO Berinchyk route as the new mandatory after Zepeda removed.
Zepeda will go WBC Shakur route as interim beltholder after defeating Farmer and get removed from rankings.
Raymond Muratalla will win vacant belt through IBF when Loma retires (he is currently third but will be first after Zepeda and Keyshawn gets removed from the rankings).

Then the winners will all call out Tank for unification payday, and Tank will fight someone else and 135 will stay stagnant.
