I can guarantee you if the powers that be (Bob Al Oscar) that runs boxing in the US ever got their shyte together then the money men would back the holy shyte out of this sport and it would blow the UFC out of the top combat sports position in a heartbeat. I bet it was so many American investors who were disappointed that Bud did not capitalize on his victory over Spence. If he would have signed with Haymon they would have made him to PPV start in America. He would've been more profitable than Canelo because he had ten lucrative fights with PBC between 147-160. Instead Bud went the route of Rihyad season and had not only a questionable performance against an unknown guy but the show was a major flop as well. That was not only a black eye for his personal business but a black eye for American boxing as well!

Boxing itself is responsible for this, over the past 15 years we have had how many nonsense ppv’s? Boxing should’ve been back on prime time tv, especially the lower weight fighters since they provide more action. The issue is fans cry and complain about fights not being made but rush to order the next bullshh Canelo ppv, the next gervonta vs no hoper and then complain when someone says “f this” and forces fighters to actually fight. I’m glad the Saudis came in and stole the sport away, complain all you want about promoters, complain all you want about the saudis, it’s the fighters themselves who hold up fights. Floyd helped start this journey and Canelo finished digging the ditch with his bullshhh assssss overpriced and overpaid for fights. I hope the next generation grows a pair and realizes legacy comes first so they don’t end up like Floyd trying to steal attention long after their career is over because the public started forgetting them hella fast.CPNUTKnockoutFreshMart likes this.

The Russian guy has cut off the spigot of money in America because Eddie Hearn's incompetent azz has fuqed up over a billion dollars with absolutely nothing to show for it. The Riyadh boxing season runs concurrent with basketball and football in America so good luck with that. They really thought European boxers were going to compete head to head with Lebron James, Steph Curry, The Kansas City Chiefs and March madness. Thank Allah they came to their senses and 'defunded the police...I mean Riyadh season' before they lost untold billions. Looks like Al and Bod ol' slick asses are just waiting on Turki-boy to empty his clip before they come out firing in 2025. haha....The money for boxing is still in the USA. We've been through this before where people thought they were going to takeover the sport. It ain't going to happen!Oldskoolg likes this.

- TR runs boxing in America 126 and below
- PBC runs boxing in America 147 - 168
- at 175 TR has the 40 yr old undisputed champ but PBC has to two young hungry lions
- PBC & TR can make 130 - 140 the premier divisions if they made all the fights down there
- GBP doesn't run any division but has a few interesting fighters and a rabid fanbase that is needed for success
- none of the big 3 have any meaningful HWs (sorry big baby) because they are in the NBA & NFL
- Dazn/MR/Turki are irrelevant to the future of AMERICAN boxing (Boots and Shakur have 2 fights left)
- PBC + TR + GBP = boxing runs shyte!!!

Current PPV scene in America:
1. Canelo is undisputed KING of PPV. If he fights and beat Beterbiev and Benevidez he may end up TBE
2. Tank is runner up. If in 2025 he fights and beats Loma/Shakur/Devin he is PPV King because he is American
3. If Spence can come back and take 2 belts from Fundora he is right back on top
4. If Fundora KOs Spence into retirement then he is firmly in top 3 PPV king discussions
5. Bud should have made his PBC run after destroying Spence. He screwed himself out of well over 100 million
6. If Benevidez beats Morrell and then can beat Canelo or Benevidez for 175 undisputed then he may be KING
7. (see # 6 but swap out the names Benevidez and Morrell)
8. Boots drops to 8 because he signed into obscurity on Dazn. In 2025 if he goes to PBC then Roy Jones 2.0 should commence
9. Shakur is stuck in the same boat with Boots. But it's not too late to start in 2025
10. Ryan should be way up the list but his 3-headed demon 'alcohol / steroids / racism' is holding him back
11. Any top American fighter that aligns to Dazn has put a hard cap / ceiling on their popularity and finances
12. TR doesn't have any stars to showcase on ESPN and time is probably up in 2025
13. GBP has to kneel at the alter of PBC for their PPV fights (Devin vs Ryan only 300k is pathetic)
14. Turki-boy has nothing to offer but kamikaze events to sabotage American boxing
15. Al Haymon and PBC is the undisputed king of boxing PPV distribution. If any fighter on this list that wants to be recognized as the best in America then that road runs through Al Haymon and ends up on Amazon Prime. Period. Point blank. End of fuqing story. Case closed. Jury go the fuq home. NOW!!Last edited by DClefthook; 11-01-2024, 11:55 PM.Oldskoolg likes this.

154 is primed to make another exiting undisputed run. If Jermell can get back in JMW shape and take his throne back then he has to be in the discussion as well. Tim Tyszu really shyte the bed. PBC was really high on Elijah Garcia. I know the midget divisions have great fighters but unfortunately they will never be PPV stars in America which means the little monster from the far east should continue fighting on his island. Damn America needs to find some HWs. But Foreman, Ali, Holmes and Norton are playing on the interior line in the NFL or boxing out racking up double-doubles in the NBA. Five year 250 million dollar contracts just don't happen in boxing to often...or ever!Oldskoolg likes this.
