You must be a newbie or a canelo lover. He has never faced a real #1, berlanga was put there without any merit because Morrell jr, the regular Champ has been waiting for three years, and canelo never looked his way. Then berlanga is put there out of the blue and ginger fight him. Another #1 contender that waited for two years was benavidez, we all know what canelo said, and it is not because benavidez said some crap about canelo, after all Morrell Jr never say anything bad and he sat on the fences for the longest.

You know what the funny thing is, I’ve been a hardcore for a very long time! Yes, I am a Canelo fan, only fake boxing fans don’t appreciate that he has the best resume without a doubt of all active fighters! Let me remind your fickle boxing mind, that Canelo was pressured by the whole boxing community to face the baddest man on the planet in GGG at the time who was in a higher weight class without any tune-ups to prepare for him. The hate runs deep! Name me one fighter who answered the call like a G? Faced the boogeyman in the higher division straight up? (I’ll wait) so for you to say he’s never faced a number 1 please! He also cleaned out the whole super middleweight division and undisputed in 11 months, including Plant who was supposed to be all wrong for him! also Benavidez moved up in weight before the WBC mandated the fight, he should’ve stayed in the division and made Canelo look like a duck by having him vacate the belt rather than face him. Benavidez dropped the ball!!!

You didn't have to tell me you were a canelo's fan, nothing wrong with that, what's wrong is "appreciate that he has the best resume without a doubt of all active fighters", his resume is full of old men, 2nd tier boxers and domestic level fighters, do you know who had a good resume? Leonard, Pacquio, Hagler, Sanchez and so on. Udyk has a better resume with only a third of his fights.
