There are options there for him but I don't see Okolie's skillsets translating to HW success. He employed big man tactics at CW but I doubt he will be the big man at HW.

Okolie is just an average sized heavyweight, were as in other divisions he was "big" his octopus tactics and extremely boring style isn't going to translate well at heavyweight.
