Saw some rumors they were in negotiations for a fight ion the Benavidez-Morrell card and Ramos shared a post about the rumor on his Instagram.

Thoughts on the potential match up ?

Couple other rumors I saw recently, Jermall Charlo is rumored for the Tank- Roach card and Gary Russell Jr is expected to make his return on Benavidez - Morrell card also.

Anyone heard anything about either of those two rumors ?

Thought that Ramos started strong and still edged most competitive rounds in a non-entertaining bout. Though the judges probably preferred the stiff strong jabs over the body work done in the ropes.

The stats even reflect it.

I thought Ramos beat Lubin (and I am a Lubin fan) but the fight was underwhelming and I thought both could have done more...it ended up working for Erickson.

I'd be surprised if Jermell jumped back into activity with a first-fight against Ramos. It's a dangerous fight, Jesus is a big 154lber and he digs to the body. If this one happens, I tip my hat to both fighters. It will be savage most likely.

They both need a walker to get in the ring. Old news. No one wants to see them old guys fighting MORE nobodies and nobody wants to see them do a retirement tour.
