I can see Catterall stopping Prograis by dropping him on his ass several times. Catterall dropped Taylor and he can do the same to Regis Prograis. At least to me; The Rougarou looks more ruined than Josh Taylor tbh.

When I look at Prograis's eyes in the recent photos, something has changed. He has lost something he had a couple of years ago.

Caterall is a better matchup for Prograis than Haney, but he still loses. Prograis was good enough to become an alphabet champion, but he's quite average as champions go. Catterall probably isn't much better, but he is fresher.

Semi-mismatch. Catterall by very easy UD. If Regis couldn't touch Boo-Hoo Haney, he's not doing much with Catterall.
