Who's the "kid without a lollipop" now?

Btw, did he thank Al Haymon in the end?

This is a bit heartbreaking. Tim is such a good lad.

He's made decent money and won a world title, that's far more than 99.999999% of fighters in this sport ever get. He's probably a gatekeeper now but he'll be able to make good money in Australia still, and sometimes guys can surprise you late in their careers. How many people thought Kiko Martinez was going to knock out Kid Galahad a billion years after his first world title reign ended?

Tim has to go back to the drawing board and learn to protect his chin. His poor defense caught up to him. He ate the shots in his first several fights at the world level but nobody can eat heavy shots indefinitely, and Murtazaliev certainly put that theory into action tonight.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was concussed after the first knockdown. He got caught with a hard shot and he seemed to be totally lost from that point on, like he couldn't think or react. I watched it again and I am almost sure he was just so hurt from that first big shot that the corner should have stopped it. He was in la la land. Really amazed he was allowed to keep going so long. Even when the doctor looked at him, I could tell he was barely there.

He had zero respect for Mur from the get go. Really ridiculous. If he retires, not the way I wanted to see him go out. He should have been boxing and fighting smart, not trying to prove he could take big shots and win a gunfight in the first round. At least feel the guy out a few rounds. Amateur stuff. No idea why he approached this fight so arrogantly.

They never do when they lose. Probably part of their contract just like they can't speak bad about him.

He needs to fire his team first. He dint display the defences he has shown in past fights

He needs to find SKILLS, defensiveness, and head movement.

I watched some of Bakhram's fights in the last few days and was shocked at how Tim approached this fight in round one. It looked he was completely unprepared for what was going to be thrown at him and seemed to have no respect for Bakhram's power and chin until he was knocked down. After that it was too late, he was in la la land.
