Sometimes a huge separation in amateur experience, among other things, can create such a gap between two fighters and this was one of those examples. Tszyu might want to spar with Murt for a few months to see if he can learn something. He stood too straight up, disregarded Murt's power, didn't change a thing after that first knockdown. Maybe Murt could teach him some things if they sparred for a good long time....as long as Murt took some power off the shots....and naturally bigger softer gloves. But you have to wonder if Tszyu's flaws can ever be improved, especially after that beating. Not sure the future looks bright at all for him. Murt on the other hand is a serious player.

IMO he incorrectly thought he was the bully and had no other gear to fall back on. Boxing (whatever your natural skills are)can only go so far if you are unable to adjust. He did not, and I see him having a hard time coming back at top level from that drubbing. Where is a e stewart to do a klitchko lol You cant just bully everyone all the time, you need another gear

This reminded me alot of how Wladimir Klitschko got ko'd by Corrie Sanders, it happened the same way, he got hurt then got up and continued to stalk in a straight line so all Corrie had to do was line him up with the straight left but in this case it was the left hook behind the guard.

Murtazaliev has a pretty good arsenal, fast active jab, sneaky left, hook, he shot the straight right, and even flashed the upper towards the end. Good stuff by him.

Bakhram can compete with anyone at 154 including Crawford although it's a little different with a boxer, but he's a beast!

Zue stands straight up. Tough to miss him. His head so small compared to Murt

Murtzaliev is good but I think Tim did everything possible to make him look even more spectacular.
                Yep.

You could see Tim saw no real threat and was just waiting to land a big one. He did hurt Mur with a couple shots, but Tim was so overconfident, it was like watching a cartoon or something. Then when he was hurt after the knockdown, the obvious look of disgust and he refused to be smart and was trying to get some payback while his legs were jelly. Crazy amateur hour.

Mur has a bunch of first round KOs. No idea if Tim knew anything about him. This and the Fundora fight have really exposed Tim as far as ring IQ.

This is what happens when everyone tells you you're the baddest dude in the saloon. Tszyu has major defensive flaws, too many to be considered elite and hyped up the way he was. Some of these fools were even saying he would beat Bud. I just smiled a knowing smile...
