I don't have excuses because I actually protect my seed. I don't have any kids. Two houses, 4 cars, masters degree, federal job and VA disability. Life is good.

However, as you rightly point out if a father was really interested in his kids he would not move to a different country and not see them for 11 years. There is a reason they are not answering calls - they are resentful for being abandoned. I too have been divorced and have 5 kids, 3 from the first marriage and 2 from the second. It is true that a young family keeps you very busy - I can relate to all of that. The chores are endless. At the end of the day, it is your choice how often you see your kids, how much effort you invest and whether you keep a relationship with them. It comes down to what you value and what is important to you above all else. There is a high price to pay, but it is possible to have a great relationship with adult kids even when they are remote.
Did you have to pay alimony and child support for the first wife?

Thank you ^^^^^^^^^^^^ I seen father pay child support and the women still make it difficult for you to see the kids. Not everyone is built to keep fighting in the courts to see their kids when child support is already garnishing your checks. It's a dirty game. If the kids are 5 and below and you break up with the mother you are the villian until the kids are old enough to hear your point of the situation. My brother almost got sent to jail for child support until the dna test came back it wasn't his.

Splitting with their mother doesn't mean he had to move 9000 miles away and spend more than half of their lives away from his sons. If you care about your children you'll do anything to be part of their lives. Period. If your wife dumps you, you don't just abandon your children. You get your own place somewhere nearby and be a real man by being a dad to your kids.

What if biologically he found out that Tim's brother is not his son and the women cheated on him and dragged him through the courts ? I wouldn't blame him if that's the case but we don't know. Men don't have a platform to express their opinion especially against women without getting totally dragged.
