Wtf u talking about loll! None of our crew had Bivol winning.. how can you win a fight with running and counter only? He's no Mayweather.

He even admits he didn't pressure enough.. He got pressured and did not handle it well.

I had it 116-112 and my friends got 115-113... al for Beterbiev.

he threw 710 punches against canelo.

he didnt want to give beter too many openings. I dont think he PLANNED to through that few punches, i think he felt beters power and realized what could happen

Bivol fought well, but he was on the back foot most of the night and fought in spurts. When he fought Canelo, he made sure to land twos & threes each time Alvarez landed ones. He didn't do that vs Beterbiev, because he was worried about what was coming back. People are complaining about the 116-112, scorecard and that's understandable, but even if it were more in line, Artur won the fight. Those who thought Bivol won should take a look at his face.

Why would u make that up and try to pass it off as fact? Thats not what bivol said at all lmao. He said he could’ve thrown more punches and he was concentrating on landing the harder cleaner punches not volume and he could’ve thrown more punches. He said nothing about “I should’ve pressured more” find that quote you can’t because you literally made it up lol. It’s funny because even artur doesn’t think he won the fight he literally said after the fight “I didn’t think I did very good but today allah chose me” lmao meaning he knows he got a gift from god. His own corner told him after 10 rounds he needed a KO to win. It just wasn’t a very good decision add in the Chechen judge and the kadryov connection…doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see what happened lol

In any case, even if he didnt say it it was evident when watching. I've been watching boxing a long time and watched this fight very closely. It was a very good fight.

Beterbiev also didn't say he didn't deserve it. He just acknowledged that it was close. As he has KO'd everyone and didn't KO Bivol that's understandable. His corner told him he needed a KO, but they're not judging - they're just trying to get the most out of their fighter - what are they supposed to say - "cruise, this is already wrapped up"?

Additionally, I was blown away with how close the Canelo fight was. Obviously Canelo gets huge edges in the cards in general, but maybe ringside judges just do not "feel" the power in Bivol's shots. Effective aggression can often be rated much differently on TV compared to the more visceral experience 20 feet from the boxers.

Stop crying with all this Robbery B.S. it was a close fight, a draw or close decision either way is fine. Arthur landed more power punches, Bivol landed more jabs. Bivol landed 12 more punches overall but they were jabs, power punches do more damage and deserve more points. In the rules used in boxing, it clearly states, the fighter who inflicts more damage should win the round. Arthur clearly inflicted more damage...

Based in aggression and ring control, I gave it to Beterbiev. Bivol fought very cautiously. When the fight is close, judges will give it to the aggressor. I don't mind Bivol also winning but for me, Beterbiev won the fight. 116-112 was too wide though.

And they argue that Bivol schooled Beterbiev, while Canelo/Bivol was "really close"

I scored it a draw, but if I had to give it to anybody, it would be Beterbiev. Bivol seemed to be running backwards at times. Rematch would be nice to see.
