Did Beterbiev Make a Fan Out of Any Other Bivol Supporter

I rooted for Biv and have him winning 7-5 or a draw at the worst. Taking his foot off of the gas pedal in the championship rounds was a major blunder

But Beter solidified his boxing skills with this performance

I’ll be rooting for Beter if he fights anyone but Bivol

Bivol took his foot off the gas because Beterbiev ripped his foot off the gas. Bivol was getting bludgeoned and worn out by the hectic pace of the fight. He didn't wear Beterbiev down enough to actually slow the offensive onslaught. It's like Bivol was overwhelmed in the final third of the fight. You could see him steadily sinking. He did well to make it to the end though.

Bivol impressed me a lot in this fight, actually. He was the first to go twelve rounds with Beterbiev.

I liked Beterbiev a lot in this fight, too, but I’ve never been able to really get behind him because he throws too many rabbit punches.

        Bet’s body punching tired Biv

coupled with Biv pure boxer strategy of scoring a points lead in the rounds THEN chilling. Bet was able to come forward and gain momentum. Biv didn’t drown him out and was often too passive

Biv needs to counter Bet for bodyshots in rematch or find another other way to prevent them

Biv surprised me by hurting Bet upstairs but not downstairs

Ward has less power than Bivol but used bodyshots to manage Kovalev

I had tonight’s fight Biv 4-2 after the 1st half

will need to rewatch the 2nd half soon

since the beginning, i'm a fan of both but leaning slightly towards Bivol in this fight ... i feel the same sentiment after the fight and a bit disappointed that Bivol didn't get the official verdict... i think Bivol edged Beterbiev in a very close fight and made the achievement of ending Beterbiev's perfect KO record....

Biv did a good job of neutralizing Bet’s rabbit punches and overhand

            One of the cleanest fights

I’d say a flaw of Bivol is he’s clean a fighter. Floyd would have spoiled an opponent like Bet

Biv doesnt bend the rules besides the occasional pushing off the opponent

For the 1st half of the fight Bivol’s Russian Ballet had him looking like Mayweather

I’m favoring Bet in the rematch at this moment

not a good sign in a potential rematch when someone is tired in the championship rounds against a power pressure mauler

Biv figures out how to neutralize Bet’s body punching and Biv wins

Bivol threw 423 punches against beterbiev but threw 710 against canelo. he didnt want to get hit or over commit. and he still gassed despite throwing almost half the punches because he was taking body shots

Always thought Beterbiev was excellent. I think Bivol won, but all it confirmed was both fighters are as elite as we thought.

I still think Beterbiev is suspect. Atypical findings in his tests last year. Postponed his last 3 fights just to supposed injuries, illnesses etc. It has all the signs of someone cycling banned substances but you're innocent unless caught red handed and an atypical finding isn't sufficient. I know the fan boys won't ever admit it looks dodgy, but it does.
