Oh please. Bivol beat Beterbiev 7-5 tonight just like I had Canelo winning 7-5 against Bivol back in 2022. Boxing is a dirty business man. I'm almost sick of it.
The only thing dirty in 2022 was the judges giving a Canelo 5 rounds instead of 2.
Bivol got robbed, he should have won 7-5 or gotten a draw at least, and yeah, Beterbiev wasn't able to stop him or even drop him. So no, Canelo's stock didn't drop.. he lost to the one who should be the rightful king of 175
The canelo stocks has been dropping steadily and not because berteviev-bivol. It has been his own doing.

Canelo couldn't stop 154 Charlo, what's your point?
The guy who dominated Canelo just got busted up on the back foot for 12 rounds. Cong**** on the moral victory I guess.
Cmon, bruh ....
The floor was not mopped with Nelo's corpse -
And his soul is in tact as well
Do you think Biv or Beter will move up as much as Nelo has ?
I know Beter has a built in excuse....he's too old to be moving up now
Biv has reached his moving limits.
Nelo is a unanimous, 1st ballot HOFer
I doubt Biv or Beter will have that honor.
We will see who the next face of boxing is and see if his resume can compare.
Do you know some fighters fight their whole career in the natural weight, while others take advantage of the weight in one day before the fight. So the moving up in weight is not a big deal like it was 60, 50, 40 years ago. Anyone one with the right team and money behind them can do it, especially if they started their careers way below their natural weight. And if you find the right opposition is even better.

I have no qualms with a fighter who stays put.
99.9999999 % of HWs never move.
It's rare, in these days with so many divs, that a fighter would not move. Hateful fans make it worse by criticizing a fighter for not moving while allowing others to stay put. Even if that loveable fighter failed to keep his moving up promise..............

Mike Tyson was unable to beat a 44 to 1 underdog
Mayorga 2x beat Forrest who was a significantly better boxer
Spence was unable to stop Lil Mikey
Pac allowed a part time Special Ed teacher to rob him The list is long of guys not being able to stop, or in some cases, beat, a guy they should have.
