        Chechens are Russian citizens but have limited assimilation

        Russia had to manhandle Chechnya for them to become apart of Russia

                by "non ethnic Russian" i mean he's not a Slav.

                I believe he's part Korean part Moldovan. I know he was born in Kyrgyzstan and his friend group in the sport is primarily made up of Uzbeks
