I don’t think there’s anything bivol can do differently in order to decisively beat Beterbiev. He started off well winning the at least 3 out of the first 4 but after that Beterbievs persistent hunting style was too difficult to deal with for Bivol. I had it 6-6 but either guy could’ve won 7-5 imo. After the first 4 bivol only won 1 or 2 more rounds imo.

Once Artur managed to close that gap from R5 on it was playing out like a typical Beterbiev fight (bar the ko). Unlike Canelo Bivols punch was not phasing Artur one bit. I could see bivol winning too but he only has himself to blame for getting dominated in the mid to late rounds.

beterbiev - go to the body early, take more risks dont show bivol as much respect. i get it bivol is fresh and moving early but by round 6 beter needs to put on the pressure not wait late in the fight.

I don’t know how you can watch that fight and just think Artur will all of a sudden fade. It ain’t happening, my guy was already meant to be old. Bivol was more gassed than him.

but Biv finishing more gassed than Bet is why I'd favor Bet in the rematch
