I watched with 3 people were all Canadian 2 from Montreal and none of us thought beterbiev won. It’s whatever I’ve seen worse decisions but this was a robbery. If it wasn’t beterbiev wouldn’t have acted like he did when they interviewed him. He himself knew it was a gift from “allah”. His fan base is just hilarious.

a lot of people talking about robbery when it was actually a close fight, very close. but when real robberies happen they say "it could've gone either way", guess what? most of those robberies happen in the US. the man who wanted it the most won, the right man, beterbiev.

Did anyone notice how surprised Beterbiev appeared when he won? Watch it again. Yet another lousy result that does no justice to the Masters who both put on an incredible display of ring IQ, skill, intelligence and power. But it was 7-5 Bivol. He landed cleaner and absorbed most of Artur’s shots on his gloves and arms (which are theoretically worth zero).

I'm from Montreal but based in Thailand. I thought Beterbiev won by a round (had it even going into the 12th). The few Thais that I'm watching it with thought Bivol won beside 1 that thought it was a draw.

That was a razor thin fight. I feel 116-112 for either side is wrong. The fight was so close that if Bivol only had won 1 round out of the last 3 it would've been a draw.
