Ben Whittaker is a hype job.

A little adversity and he is breaking down mentally. Now he's looking for a way out of the fight.

Ben Whittaker was fully focused tonight (instead of prancing around like an idiot) and took a lot of punishment from a nobody before gassing out and quitting.

    NOT a good look!

You mean this guy quit???...He was never gonna be able to do his usual showboatin' against anyone in the top ten...let alone Bivol or Beterbieve...but I didn't think he'd ever quit...

EDIT: So he didn't quit...or he found a way out via www tactics???...just saw the headline...

Yeah he fell over the ropes and landed on his back but claimed he couldn’t continue due to a foot injury. Meanwhile, his opponent (who fell with him) was ready to continue. Therefore, he DEFINITELY quit and prior to doing so was getting busted up and gasping for air like a fish out of water.

Disappointing performance and behaviour from a guy who said he ‘WASN’T far from Bivol + Beterbiev’s level’ earlier this week!

He looked terrible. Major concerns about how far he can go after tonight.
