If the plan is for Shakira to fight Davis is what COULD be a huge fight if Shakir had the right exposure in the right fights, why sign with matchroom? I 100% don’t understand shakur’s play on this one. Tank fights sell, both on ppv and gate, Shakira had exposure on espn for the American sports fan….the average American sports fan has no idea what dazn is let alone a subscription. Money is the reason Shakur signed with matchroom. He is getting 5 million per fight. Nobody at pbc is getting that in guaranteed purses.
