I'm pretty sure there WILL be a rematch (unless it's a one-sided beatdown like Crawford-Spence). Therefore, the winner of the rematch (and potential trilogy) should defend the Light Heavyweight belts against Benavidez whilst the loser moves up and faces Opetaia at Cruiserweight. However, I think that if Bivol wins, Canelo might be tempted to rematch him @ 175lbs for ALL the gold.
Btw Usyk has also talked about moving back down to Cruiserweight after the Fury rematch so I'd love to see him face Beterbiev in a rematch of their amateur fight if he gets to Opetaia first.

Win or lose I think Bet should move up
Bet already has a good body of work at 175
and is big enough for cruiserweight. Can go beat up Biv’s good friend Zurdo
Benavidez fight would do more for Bivol giving him some kind of reign over 175

Agreed but only IF Bivol wins. Otherwise, Beterbiev vs. Benavidez for all the gold @ 175lbs is the fight to make in what would be a mouth-watering clash between two undefeated KO artists.

didn’t realize Ben holds a belt until now lmao
boxing is all about money
If Bet wins, Biv-Gvozdyk would be a good chess match

Yes Bivol-Gvozdyk would be a SOLID comeback fight if he were to lose given that Gvozdyk was a former Light Heavyweight champion and managed to last 12 rounds against Benavidez. However, I have a feeling that he'd prefer to rematch Canelo @ 168lbs in another undisputed clash although I'd rather he face Chris Billam-Smith at Cruiserweight in an easily winnable fight.
