    Haney probably wins the court
but his career did take a big hit
he isn’t as good as people made him out to be and was never a big draw
his stock went down after the Ryan beating
I don’t think to many people are going to want to fight him with the drama that will come if they beat him

i would say his career won’t be the same

I suppose the failed drug test is the smoking gun and the crux of the evidence. Possibly an eventual settlement. I see no reason to completely write off haney. Its one loss and now its off his record anyway. It's not often you see people so down on somebody who is 31-0

Discovery is going to be FUN!!! Dont think for one second Garcia’s lawyers aren’t going after text and emails and witness statements concerning Haney’s IV use post weigh ins. I guess we are going to find out!

Why would the bolded be important to Haney's case though? Not trying to argue, but just not understanding why all that would be important.

The damage is already done in and outside of the ring. Garcia better settle or its going to be ugly for his career as it goes forward

I doubt Haney cares what public opinion is, because ppl will always have an opinion, no matter what. The thing is, if you had a high probability to win millions in damages in a court case if only you would sue, would you do it? Or would you care what people in the streets are going to say? Also Haney should do this because if he wins, it will set the stage for other drug cheats to be sued in the future. Cheats in boxing need to be liable for damages and charged with crimes. And Ryan is a cheater and a liar. He's cut from the same cloth as Donald Von ****zinpants baby toadstool. Cheat, Lie, then never admit. Double down on the lie. Same play book. Godlen Boy needs to be held liable too financially. Because they are doubling down on the same rhetoric, saying let's move on and all this bs. No, let's NOT move on. Let's move forward with this lawsuit and let's prevail for a cleaner sport. And Devin don't settle out of court... Let all the discovery and evidence come out, so the world can see who Ryan really is. Let's bring his stock down the same way some are trying to say your stock has fallen.

Maybe Ryan stock went down after all the talking he did after he beat Haney sure he shot himself in the foot
but the haneys and his fans were acting like he the second coming of Floyd
people get annoyed at that especially when they don’t have the skills they claim they have
I don’t remember Floyd taking a beating like that even in his closest fights
I remember Floyd said that he always knew canelo was on roids still fought and beat him

maybe Haney isn’t cut out for boxing maybe he is a pretender like wilder or Spence

Whoa! Wilder and Spence are pretenders? I wouldn't say that at all. I'd say they had flaws like every other boxer and every other human. However there are many top level professional athletes who got put to sleep by those two. In fact, most of their opponents went to sleep. Losing doesn't make you a pretender. it just means you lost to the better man. Especially when you go out on your shield like those two

Wilder ducked aj thinking fury was done after he was out for like 3 years
Spence and all the pbc welterweights ducked bud since when bud moved up to fight horn
Haney isn’t that good he bound to lose again
he isn’t Floyd or ward or even bud
